However, the listings do no to go StreetEasy and Zillow automatically. You would have to do them manually. To see what platforms a home/apartment listing will go to on OLR, there will be an area of syndication that provides you with this information.

StreetEasy For Sale Listings are free of charge, all Rental Listings advertised on StreetEasy are charged a daily fee. As of September 1, 2021 the daily rate, per rental listing advertised, is $6.00.

Since all of our agents have access to Brooklyn MLS, and OLR, our advice is to post on Brooklyn MLS, OLR and StreetEasy so that all platforms will receive your listing information. Brooklyn MLS will cover Zillow.com, Realtor.com, and Listhub.com, whereas OLR will cover more platforms. The only platform you would manually have to submit a listing through is StreetEasy.
